We maintain regular contact with our clients through the customer relationship to make sure that their systems are being used effectively and to discuss any difficulties or concerns. We also troubleshoot and inspect systems on a regular cycle to assure continuous performance. In short, we recognize that we are in a service business. Will my pets set off my alarm system?
All-star is able to supply special detectors, which will not react to pet movement, enabling your pet (s) to roam freely within the house while you are away and the system armed.
What are the advantages in using a central monitoring station?
A monitored Security System gives you immediate action if your alarm system activates. Our central station will notify the appropriate authorities as specified by you or your alarm system signal.
An Audible Alarm System is reliant on the response of neighbors. Often your neighbors are either not home, ignore the siren, or do not want to put themselves or their family in the dangerous situation of confronting an intruder who will do anything to escape or not be identified.
How does alarm monitoring work?
When an alarm is activated your alarm panel will automatically dial the Central Station sending your systems information through the phone line. The signal is relayed by a high tech computer, which sorts this information to alert the operator of an alarm at your particular premises. Immediate action is taken in accordance to the type of alarm (burglary, fire, panic, medical, etc.) and in compliance with the clients specific requirements.
What happens if your phone line is cut?
All-Star offers clients an alternative method of monitoring called Radio Back up. A Radio back up system maintains communication between your security system and the monitoring Station. If your telephone line is cut, your system still notifies the monitoring station within seconds, ensuring immediate action is taken. |
